Proofreading is Really Getting on my Nerves

Proofreading your work is a requirement of being a writer. You look for spelling and grammatical errors, consistency, plot holes and the overall feel of the piece. It’s a necessary evil.

For me, it has had an unexpected side effect.

I now see errors everywhere.
